Shift: Night Shift
Working Hours: 8:00 PM – 5:00 AM (US Timings)

Job Description:

We are hiring Customer Support Executives for an International BPO – US Voice Process. The role involves handling inbound and outbound calls related to Truck Insurance for US-based customers. Candidates should have good communication skills and a customer-focused approach.

Key Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound voice calls for US customers

Assist customers with queries related to truck/commercial vehicle insurance

Provide accurate information about policies, coverage, and basic insurance support

Maintain professional communication and ensure customer satisfaction

Update and maintain customer records accurately

Follow company policies and US compliance guidelines

Eligibility Criteria:

Excellent English communication skills (verbal)

Minimum qualification: 12th pass / Graduate (any discipline)

Freshers and experienced candidates are welcome

Prior experience in International BPO / US Voice Process is an added advantage

Willingness to work in night shifts

Salary depends on interview performance and experience
