Key Responsibilities

Lead Qualification & Sales Support
  • Call and engage with cold leads generated through marketing campaigns or databases.
  • Qualify leads and convert them into warm prospects by understanding their requirements.
  • Schedule meetings or consultations with interior designers and architects.
  • Maintain accurate lead data and follow-ups in CRM systems.

  • Customer Support & Account Management
  • Assist newly onboarded clients during the onboarding process.
  • Handle client queries and provide timely resolutions.
  • Manage a few assigned accounts to ensure smooth project coordination.
  • Build strong relationships with clients to ensure satisfaction and repeat business.

  • Coordination
  • Work closely with the sales, design, and operations teams.
  • Ensure proper handover of qualified leads to the field/design team.
  • Track meeting outcomes and follow up with potential clients.

  • Requirements
  • 1–3 years of experience in Inside sales, tele-sales, or customer support.
  • Strong communication and persuasion skills.
  • Ability to handle cold calling and lead qualification.
  • Basic knowledge of CRM tools and sales pipelines.
  • Customer-focused attitude with good problem-solving skills.
  • Experience in home services, interiors, or real estate industry is a plus.
