Customer Support Associate – Voice & Chat (Vivint International Process)

Location: Sector 30, Gurugram, Haryana
Salary: ₹31,000 CTC/month + Incentives (Earning potential up to ₹36,000 CTC/month)

Job Overview

We are seeking enthusiastic and customer-focused Customer Support Associates (Voice & Chat) to join our team for the Vivint International Process. The role involves interacting with international customers, resolving queries, and providing technical troubleshooting support. Candidates must have prior experience in international voice or chat processes and strong problem-solving abilities.

Key Responsibilities

• Handle customer queries through inbound voice and chat channels.
• Diagnose and troubleshoot technical issues related to customer devices or systems.
• Deliver timely, accurate, and effective solutions to customer concerns.
• Maintain a high standard of customer satisfaction and professional communication.
• Follow all process guidelines, quality standards, and performance metrics.

Requirements

• Education: Graduate or Undergraduate (any stream).
• Experience: Minimum 6 months of international voice or chat process experience (mandatory).
• Technical Skills: Strong hands-on experience in technical troubleshooting.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
• Willingness to work in rotational shifts.
