Job Role: Customer Support Associate- Handle customer queries and provide support for digital banking servicesResponsibilities:Handle inbound customer inquiries professionally and efficiently across various communication channels.Resolve customer issues, provide accurate information, and offer solutions in a timely manner, primarily using English/Hindi or other regional languagesDocument all customer interactions and transactions accurately in the CRM system.Maintain a high level of customer satisfaction by adhering to service standards and procedures.Collaborate with team members and other departments to escalate and resolve complex issues.Stay updated on product knowledge, policies, and procedural changes.Eligibility Criteria:- Completed graduation in any discipline- Strong communication and interpersonal skills- Basic knowledge of digital banking platformsShift Timings:Rotational for Male7am-7pm for FemalesSalary25,000/- CTC (Fixed)Interested Candidates can drop their CV on 8889586993 or Email at anmol.rathore@cogenteservices.com
