Role Overview

In this Blended Process (Chat & Voice) role, you will provide real-time assistance to international travelers. Whether they are looking for their next idyllic getaway or need urgent help with an existing booking, you will provide expert guidance with a "can-do" attitude.

Key Responsibilities
  • End-to-End Support: Assist customers with flight bookings, hotel reservations, cruise inquiries, and holiday packages via voice calls and live chat.
  • Problem Resolution: Confidently investigate and resolve questions or complaints regarding travel protocols, disruptions, or schedule changes.
  • Expert Recommendations: Act as a destination expert to suggest ancillaries, excursions, and upgrades that enhance the traveler’s experience.
  • System Management: Navigate multiple CRM and booking platforms (like Amadeus/Sabre/Galileo) to manage real-time data and customer feedback.
  • KPI Adherence: Meet and exceed targets for customer satisfaction (CSAT), resolution time, and quality standards.

  • Candidate Requirements
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of experience in the Travel/Airline industry is mandatory.
  • Communication: C1 Level (Excellent) verbal and written English proficiency.
  • Typing Skills: Speed of 35 WPM or higher with at least 90% accuracy.
  • Education: Graduates or Undergraduates from any stream.
  • Mindset: Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment and a genuine passion for tourism.
