• Work Mode: Permanent Work From Home
• Hiring from: Non-metropolitan cities only
• Process: Blended (Chat & Email support + Inbound & Outbound calls

Requirements:

• Excellent English communication skills
• Minimum 6 months of BPO experience (Voice / Non-Voice – on paper)
• Laptop & stable broadband connection required
• Not hiring pursuing students

Other Details:

• 6 days working, 1 rotational week off
• Rotational shifts (including night shifts)
