This is a full-time on-site position located in Bhopal for a Client Support Administrator. The responsibilities include providing exceptional customer support, addressing client inquiries, resolving concerns, and building sustainable relationships. Customer Support and Client Relations skills to offer superior service and build lasting client relationships
Relevant experience in client support roles, preferably in financial services, is a plus
Proficiency in using customer relationship management (CRM) tools and software
Bachelor's degree in Business, Finance, or a related field preferred
