Key Responsibilities
Primary Responsibilities
Handle customer queries received via email
Ensure responses are sent within 24 hours
Maintain service quality and accuracy in communication
Secondary Responsibilities
Collaborate effectively with internal and external stakeholders
Manage challenging situations with professionalism and empathy
Support initiatives to improve service delivery and customer satisfaction
What We Are Looking For
Education
Bachelor's degree in Science, Technology, Commerce, Business Administration, or Computer Applications
Postgraduate degree (MBA/PGDM) preferred
Experience
~0–2 years in customer service or related roles

Skills and Attributes
Excellent written and verbal communication skills
Strong understanding of FAS Tag products and processes
Proficient in typing and MS Office tools
Ability to work under pressure and go the extra mile
