Role Description

This is a full-time on-site role based in Indore for a dynamic and detail-oriented professional at Ominiflow. The role involves developing, maintaining, and optimizing customer engagement strategies using our automation platform. The role also includes managing integrations, monitoring and enhancing workflows, analyzing the effectiveness of implemented solutions, and working collaboratively across teams to ensure seamless deployment and success of the WhatsApp Business API for clients.

Qualifications
  • Strong understanding of automated workflows, customer engagement tools, and experience in using WhatsApp Business API.
  • Proficiency in systems integration, including CRM, ERP, and third-party tool connections.
  • Experience with managing template configurations, multi-agent live chat systems, and AI-based chat response design.
  • Strong interpersonal, problem-solving, and communication skills.
  • Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams and meet project deadlines.
  • Familiarity with automation platforms, customer engagement strategies, and real-time communication tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field or equivalent experience is preferred.
