About the Role

We are hiring a Native English-Speaking Customer Service Representative to manage overnight support for our rental equipment services. This role requires clear, professional communication skills and the ability to handle customers confidently over phone, email, and chat.

You will be responsible for booking rentals, coordinating dispatch, handling urgent overnight issues, and ensuring excellent customer experience.

Key Responsibilities
  • Answer inbound customer calls (primary responsibility)
  • Assist with rental bookings, extensions, cancellations, and pricing inquiries
  • Coordinate with dispatch/operations team for delivery and pickup updates
  • Handle complaints calmly and professionally
  • Process payments and update CRM records accurately
  • Manage urgent overnight service requests
  • Document all interactions clearly and accurately

  • Requirements (Strict)
  • Native-level English speaker (clear North American accent preferred)
  • Minimum 2 years customer service experience (phone support required)
  • Comfortable handling high call volume
  • Strong problem-solving skills
  • Reliable high-speed internet (minimum 25 Mbps)
  • Quiet, professional home office setup
  • Must be dependable for overnight shifts
