Customer Service Representative Night shift

We’re Hiring: Customer Service Representative (Night Shift)

Location: Gulshan-e-Iqbal Block 10A, Karachi
Shift: Night Shift
Experience: 2–4 years (USA Market – Compulsory)

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer inquiries for e-commerce products and services
• Assist customers with orders, shipping, billing, and returns
• Respond to customers via phone, email, and live chat
• Generate RA numbers for returns and process customer requests
• Maintain and verify customer information
• Resolve customer issues and provide appropriate solutions
• Follow up with customers and collect feedback/reviews

Requirements:

• Experience working with an E-Commerce company
• Excellent English communication (verbal & written)
• Strong customer service and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment

Plus: Experience with e-commerce platforms and US market customers.
