Job Summary Join First Chair on a project team supporting a global beauty brand! You will be responsible for inputting product sales order data into several platforms as the company prepares for a large systems transformation, ensuring accuracy in a fast-paced environment. Additionally, you will research and resolve order issues and provide white glove customer service while interacting with other concierge support staff, sales reps, and end customers. Required skills:

• Technical Agility: Fast learner with the proven ability to accurately input data into multiple platforms simultaneously (CRM, ERP, and Order Management Systems (OMS). • Operational Excellence: Proven experience in customer service or concierge roles, with a track record of meeting or exceeding KPIs for phone and ticket management. • Adaptability: Comfortable with shifting priorities and a fast-paced environment where processes are being built in real-time. Schedule: Mon-Fri, 8-5 in your time zone. There may be requests to support sales reps in other US times zones if needed. Start date: April 13th. Duration: The initial commitment is 3-4 months with the potential for the client to extend. Process: Successful interviews with the First Chair team are required prior to presentation to the client for consideration and additional interviews.
