International Voice (US) | American Facility Domain (Inbound)
Location: Sanpada, Navi Mumbai (Work from Office only)

SolbegIndia (solbeg.in, founded in 2017) is hiring English speaking Customer Service Representatives for an International Voice (US) Inbound process in the American Facility domain.

Eligibility

• Experience: 0-5 years (freshers welcome)
• English: C1+/Advanced speaking & writing skills
• Strong communication & customer-first approach
• Comfortable using PC/CRM tools
• Willing to work rotational US shifts (WFO)

As a CSR, you will:

• Handle a high volume of inbound customer calls related to facility/service requests (maintenance requests, repairs, scheduling, general queries etc.)
• Build customer trust through open and clear communication.
• Provide accurate, valid, and complete information via Calls + Email + Slack.
• Ensure resolution through follow-ups, keep records of customer interactions, process customer accounts and file documents.
• Create and manage tickets/work orders in Five9 and Zendesk, ensuring accurate documentation.
• Follow communication procedures, guidelines, and policies.

Tools you will use:

• Five9 (calling platform)
• Zendesk (ticketing/CRM)
• MS Teams, Slack, EmailShift & Schedule

Shift & Schedule:

• Rotational 24/7 shifts as per US time zone
• 5-6 working days per week (roster-based)
• 6 days off per month
• Overtime paid at 2x
• Leave policy: 12 vacation days, 9 comp-offs, 6 sick days, 4 social leaves

Compensation:

• INR 22,000 - 27,000 (Gross) per month + incentives
• Monthly performance awards, internal rewards by Growth Plan, Diwali bonus

High-performing freshers (in their first 6 months of probation) become eligible for early increments and can reach mid-level specialist's compensation quickly. Year hike can be 30%.
