Description We are seeking a Customer Support Executive for our International BPO team. This role is ideal for freshers or entry-level candidates looking to start their career in customer service. You will be responsible for providing exceptional support to our international customers, ensuring their inquiries are handled efficiently and effectively.

Responsibilities
Handle customer inquiries and provide accurate information in a timely manner.
Resolve customer issues and complaints through effective communication and problem-solving techniques.
Maintain a positive and professional attitude towards customers at all times.
Document customer interactions and feedback in the system for future reference.
Collaborate with team members and other departments to improve customer service processes.

Skills and Qualifications
Excellent verbal and written communication skills in English.
Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build rapport with customers.
Proficient in using computer systems and software applications.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
Basic understanding of customer service principles and practices.
