About the Role:
ACME MEP Services is seeking an experienced Customer Service Head – HVAC to lead post-sales service operations, manage AMC portfolios, and drive customer satisfaction initiatives.
This role requires strong leadership capabilities, technical expertise, and the ability to manage service teams while ensuring high-quality service delivery.
Key Responsibilities:
• Lead HVAC service operations including maintenance, repairs, and AMC services
• Manage and grow AMC (Annual Maintenance Contract) portfolio and service revenue
• Ensure timely service delivery as per SLAs and client expectations
• Handle key client relationships and resolve escalations effectively
• Develop and implement service processes, SOPs, and performance metrics
• Monitor field teams to ensure productivity and quality standards
• Drive customer satisfaction and retention strategies
Requirements:
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field
• 10–15 years of experience in HVAC service operations
• Strong experience in AMC management and service team handling
• Experience in commercial HVAC systems such as VRF, chillers, AHUs, and ducting
• Proven leadership and team management skills
