About the job:
Key Responsibilities:

1. Respond promptly to user queries via email, chat, WhatsApp, social media, and support portals.

2. Assist players and teams with registration, account setup, payments, and tournament details.

3. Troubleshoot common platform issues related to user accounts, league schedules, and registrations.

4. Help users complete player registration, profile creation, and document submission.

5. Coordinate with internal teams such as billing, technical support, and event operations to resolve issues.

6. Guide users regarding payment confirmation, receipts, refunds (if applicable), and fee structures.

7. Maintain follow-ups until user issues are fully resolved.

8. Ensure all support interactions meet BRPL quality and brand standards.

Documentation & Reporting Responsibilities:

1. Maintain and update FAQs, help articles, and support documentation.

2. Record user feedback and recurring issues in the support system.

3. Prepare basic reports on support trends, common problems, and areas for improvement.

4. Suggest enhancements to user support processes based on real user queries.

Experience:

1. 0–2 years of experience in Customer Support, User Support, or Operations Support.

Technical Knowledge Requirement (More Important Than Degree):

1. Basic understanding of online registration and user account systems.

2. Knowledge of digital payment workflows.

3. Familiarity with CRM or support ticket systems (basic level).

4. Understanding of web and mobile platform usage and issue reporting.
