Job Description:
  • Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers to introduce and explain company services.
  • Handle customer queries via chat and provide accurate information about services and offerings.
  • Schedule appointments with interested customers and send confirmation emails.
  • Share the company profile and relevant service information with clients via email.
  • Maintain accurate records of customer interactions, leads, and follow-ups in CRM or internal systems.
  • Coordinate with internal teams to ensure timely communication and service support.
  • Deliver excellent customer service and maintain high customer satisfaction through clear and professional communication.
