Job Overview

We are seeking a JLPT N1 Certified Japanese Speaker to join our Customer Service team in Malaysia. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing support, and ensuring a high level of service excellence for Japanese-speaking clients.

Key Responsibilities
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat in Japanese
  • Provide accurate information and timely resolution to customer concerns
  • Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions
  • Coordinate with internal teams to resolve issues efficiently
  • Ensure service quality and customer satisfaction standards are met

  • Requirements
  • JLPT N1 Certification (Mandatory)
  • Strong communication skills in Japanese and English
  • Customer service or support experience preferred
  • Good problem-solving and interpersonal skills
  • Willingness to relocate to Malaysia (if overseas applicant)

  • Pay: ₹180,000.00 - ₹200,000.00 per month
