Your Role

As a Restaurant Captain, you’ll be the face of MH12 Pav Bhaji.

Customer Interaction

• Welcome customers with a smile
• Help them choose from the menu
• Suggest combos and add-ons

Order Handling

• Take accurate dine-in and takeaway orders
• Coordinate smoothly with kitchen
• Ensure customers receive the correct items

Serving & Guest Experience

• Ensure that dishes are served neatly and confidently by servers
• Check if customers are satisfied
• Handle small issues politely and professionally

Brand Representation

• Maintain neat grooming and uniform
• Carry positive energy during busy hours
• Represent MH12 with confidence and respect

Shift Timing

• Primarily Evening Shift - 6:00 PM to 11:00 PM
• 1 Day Weekly Off (Only on Weekdays)

Salary

• Fixed monthly pay: Rs. 6,000 to Rs. 8,000
• Performance-based incentives: No Maximum Capping
• Positive Google Reviews Incentives: No Maximum Capping
• Potential to earn Rs. 15,000 + (Fixed Salary + Incentives)
