Job description:

We are Hiring | Work From Office

Process: Voice (Inbound & Outbound)

Working Days: 6 days/week

Week Off: 1 rotational off

Salary: ₹18,000 – ₹20,000 per month

Eligibility: Only Graduate candidates (Freshers & Experienced both can apply)

Roles & Responsibilities:

Handle inbound and outbound calls/chats in a professional manner.

Assist customers with their queries, complaints, and service requests.

Provide accurate information and ensure customer satisfaction.

Maintain proper documentation of interactions in the system.

Escalate unresolved issues to the concerned department.

Meet daily/weekly performance targets and adhere to company guidelines.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: ₹14,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
