To provide exceptional customer service and support for airline passengers and clients, ensuring smooth operations and compliance with airline standards as a General Sales Agent (GSA).

Key Responsibilities:
  • Customer Interaction:
  • Handle inquiries via phone, email, and in-person regarding flight schedules, fares, and services.
  • Assist passengers with reservations, ticketing, cancellations, and modifications.
  • Provide accurate information on airline policies, baggage rules, and travel requirements.
  • Operational Support:
  • Coordinate with airline headquarters for flight updates and operational changes.
  • Manage check-in processes and ensure compliance with airline procedures.
  • Handle special service requests (SSR) such as meal preferences, wheelchair assistance, etc.
  • Issue Resolution:
  • Address customer complaints and escalate issues when necessary.
  • Ensure timely resolution of disruptions like delays or cancellations.
  • Sales & Revenue:
  • Promote airline products and services to maximize revenue.
  • Assist travel agents and corporate clients with group bookings and fare negotiations.
  • Documentation & Reporting:
  • Maintain accurate records of transactions and customer interactions.
  • Prepare daily/weekly reports for airline management.

    Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹25,000.00 per month
