Application – International Customer Service (Technical Support)

This role involves handling inbound voice calls from international customers and helping them resolve issues such as slow internet, no connectivity, Wi‑Fi drops, router/modem errors, and basic setup challenges. You will provide clear, simple troubleshooting steps and ensure a smooth customer experience throughout the interaction.

Support international customers with internet, Wi‑Fi, and router/modem issues

• Guide users through essential checks: device resets, cable verification, Wi‑Fi settings, and basic configurations
• Document all customer interactions accurately in CRM tools
• Maintain strong CSAT, quality, and first‑contact resolution metrics
• Educate customers on best practices for stable home Wi‑Fi performance

1–3 years of experience in international customer service or technical support

• Strong spoken English with a neutral/global accent
• Comfortable with rotational shifts including nights and weekends
• Work From Office (Hyderabad)
