Manage assigned inquiries to maintain the Response Time Service Level Agreement. Billing error resolution & disputed charges

Entering credits for billing errors discovered

Billing explanations for invoices in question - ensuring that all charges are accurate by consulting the sales contract and specific billing notes that are available.

Discussing billing issues with sales representatives, client services, and others to resolve questions

Responding to Inbound calls landing on the Finance Hotline.

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or a related discipline.
  • 2-3+ years of relevant experience in Order to Cash.
  • Able to listen, absorb, and apply coaching techniques from peers and management.
  • Proven track record for improving process efficiencies and solving client billing queries
