  • Handle inbound/outbound customer queries related to banking services.
  • Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
  • Maintain service quality and follow company guidelines and compliance.
  • Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions.
  • Deliver a positive customer experience during each interaction.

  • Eligibility Criteria:
  • Education: Graduate Freshers or Undergraduates with experience.
  • Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience required for undergraduates. (Offer letter, Exp letter & last 3 months pay slip or bank statement required)
  • Communication Skills: Average communication skills in Hindi and English.
  • Typing Skills: Basic typing speed required.
  • Language Skills: Should be able to read English and translate from English to Hindi.
  • Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in 24*7rotational shifts. (Day shift for Females)

  • Working Conditions:
  • 5 days working
  • 2 rotational week offs

  • Job Types: Full-time, Permanent, Fresher

    Pay: ₹13,200.00 - ₹14,800.00 per month
