About Role:

Troubleshoot issues related to printer, router, windows &Mac through remote access tools (Anydesk, teamviewer or Ultraviewer)for our USA customers.Preferred candidate:

Excellent communication skills is MUST

Comfortable with night shift without cab facility

Night Shift: 9 PM to 6 AM Monday to Friday

Should be from tricity (localite)

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹20,000.00 - ₹30,000.00 per month

• Zirakpur, Punjab: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
