  • Work independently on modules assigned
  • Interact with clients along various phases of project life cycle
  • Design solutions for simple business scenarios
  • Build solutions of highest quality
  • Mentoring the next level in their technical area
  • Participate in initiatives, recruitment and practice development programs
  • Job Location – HYD/BLR/Mumbai/Gur
  • Years of Experience- 10-14 years
  • Work Timings-9:00 AM to 6:00 PM or 11:00 AM to 8:00 PM

    Qualifications And Experience

    Required:
  • Professional Qualification- B.E/B.Tech/MCA/MSC/MS
  • Hands-on experience in MS Dynamics CRM
  • Hands-on experience of XRM platform
  • Having Contact Center / Customer Service Architect experience
  • Proficiency in using the either the CRM SDK or plugin platforms
  • Proven experience with configuring the application to meet a business users requirements using the Microsoft Dynamics CRM Customization Tool, Workflow Tool, or SDK
  • Hands-on experience of C#, VB.net , ASP.NET , HTML and Java script
  • In depth knowledge of Dynamics product offerings and features
  • Hands on experience with Data Conversion and Data Loading
  • Hands on experience with real-time and batch integration with proficiency in SSIS
  • Hands on experience with SSRS report, or Power BI development

Preferred:

Knowledge of SQL Server, Active Directory, Azure Activity Directory, ADFS, SharePoint, Office365, Yammer, Windows Server stack
