GEDU is looking for French-speaking Customer Relationship Officer (CRO) responsible for promoting university programs to prospective students and guiding them through the application process.

What We Expect from You:
  • Manage end-to-end student interactions through calls, chats, emails, and CRM systems.
  • Handle inbound inquiries and make outbound calls to convert leads into program applications.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with prospective students and stakeholders.
  • Provide guidance on admission requirements and basic documentation processes, including visa and related procedures.
  • Accurately update student data in internal systems.
  • Identify student needs and cross-sell relevant programs or services.
  • Support improvements in the overall student journey.

  • What Experience Will You Bring to the Role:
  • Bachelor’s degree in any field.
  • Advanced to fluent French proficiency (B2/C1) is mandatory.
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Accountable for delivering results with a customer-focused mindset and a strong commitment to goals and deadlines.
  • A positive attitude and customer focused approach.
  • Ability to act with tact, good judgment, and discretion.
