Position Overview:
We are looking for a dynamic and experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for building strong relationships with clients, understanding their business needs, and driving customer satisfaction and revenue growth. This role requires excellent communication skills, strategic thinking, and the ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams.

Key Responsibilities:
  • Develop and implement account strategies to drive revenue growth and improve customer satisfaction.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients and key stakeholders.
  • Analyze customer feedback and identify opportunities for business improvement and growth.
  • Work closely with marketing, product, and sales teams to deliver excellent customer experiences.
  • Conduct market research and competitor analysis to support business strategies.
  • Handle customer complaints and ensure timely resolution.
  • Participate in factory visits, training sessions, and industry events when required.
  • Manage digital assets such as product images and marketing materials using cloud platforms like Dropbox.

  • Requirements:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Sales, Business, or a related field.
  • 4–5 years of experience in CRM, Sales, or Marketing.
  • Experience in Exports, Construction, Manufacturing, or Design industry preferred.
  • Excellent communication, interpersonal, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities.
  • Proficiency in CRM tools (e.g., Salesforce) is an advantage.
  • Good command of English for global communication.
  • Familiarity with cloud storage tools like Dropbox.
