Job Summary:

The CRM Executive – Post Sales is responsible for managing customer relationships after the sale is completed. The role focuses on ensuring customer satisfaction, handling service-related queries, coordinating with internal teams, and building long-term customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:

Act as the primary point of contact for customers after product/service delivery

Handle post-sales queries, complaints, and service requests efficiently

Coordinate with service, operations, and technical teams to resolve issues

Schedule service appointments, follow-ups, and maintenance reminders

Maintain accurate customer records and service history in the CRM system

Ensure timely closure of customer complaints and track resolution status

Conduct regular follow-ups to ensure customer satisfaction

Support warranty, AMC, and service-related documentation

Collect customer feedback and share insights with management

Assist in customer retention and engagement activities
Required Skills:
Good knowledge in Excel

Strong communication and customer handling skills

Good problem-solving and conflict resolution ability

Good coordination and follow-up skills

Basic MS Office skills (Excel, Word)

Qualifications:

Any Graduate

1–3 years of experience in Customer Support / After-Sales Service
