Responsibilities:

- Engage with customers in a friendly and professional manner at the retail counter.

- Address customer inquiries and provide accurate information about our products and services.

- Assist customers in making informed purchase decisions.

- Build and maintain strong relationships with existing and potential customers.

- Handle and resolve customer complaints and ensure customer satisfaction.

- Maintain knowledge of current promotions, discounts, and company policies.

- Process customer orders and ensure timely delivery of products.

- Collaborate with the sales team to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.

Requirements:

- Minimum education level: Graduation.

- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.

- Prior experience in retail or counter sales is a plus, but freshers are welcome to apply.
