Job Description

We are looking for a Customer Relationship Executive with strong communication skills and the ability to handle customer queries professionally. The ideal candidate should have experience in preparing quotations, coordinating with internal teams, and addressing customer requirements promptly.

This is an immediate joiner position. Candidates from similar industries will be given preference.

Key Responsibilities

- Handle customer queries through calls, emails, and WhatsApp professionally.
- Prepare and share quotations as per customer requirements.
- Coordinate with internal departments (Sales, Dispatch, Stores, Accounts, Production) to ensure timely response.
- Maintain strong follow-up with customers for orders, payments, and documentation.
- Provide after-sales support and maintain excellent customer relationships.
- Maintain customer data, enquiry logs, and daily activity reports.

Required Skills

- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Good understanding of quotations, pricing, and sales coordination.
- Ability to manage multiple tasks and follow-ups efficiently.
- Basic computer knowledge: Email drafting, MS Excel, MS Word.
- Experience in pharma machinery or similar technical industry preferred.

Qualification

- Graduate / Diploma (Any stream)
- Immediate joiner preferred.
