Any Graduate or equivalent can apply.
- Excellent communication skills in English and other regional languages such as Punjabi, Tamil, Malayalam, Bengali, Gujrati, Telugu, Rajasthani, Marathi etc. will be an added advantage.
- Proven experience as a CRE or similar customer service role preferred
- Greet and direct customers efficiently.
- Should resolve customer inquiries effectively.
- Update and maintain customer database.
- Record customer interactions accurately.
- Cultivate positive customer relationships. Collect and act on customer feedback.
- Collaborate with sales and marketing teams.
- Provide product and service information.
- Should have good knowledge in making Calls, follow up daily calls to maintain relationship with customers
- Ready to work at Butibori plant office location.
- Freshers can also apply.

Pay: ₹15,000.00 - ₹20,000.00 per month
