We are seeking an experienced Customer Relationship Manager (CRM) with a strong

background in insurance or automobile finance. The candidate will be responsible for

managing customer relationships, coordinating loan processing, handling insurance

documentation, and ensuring smooth finance operations.

Key Responsibilities

 Manage customer queries related to finance and insurance

 Coordinate car loan processing with banks and financial institutions

 Handle motor insurance issuance, renewals, and documentation

 Maintain proper finance documentation and customer files

 Follow up on loan approvals and disbursement status

 Cross-sell insurance and finance products

 Maintain CRM records and generate MIS reports

Required Skills

 Strong communication and negotiation skills

 Knowledge of EMI calculations and loan structures

 Understanding of banking and insurance processes

 Customer relationship management skills

 Basic knowledge of MS Excel and reporting

Job Types: Full-time, Permanent

Pay: ₹35,000.00 - ₹40,000.00 per month
