What you’ll do:
  • Deliver seamless customer experiences via calls and chats
  • Handle queries with empathy and efficiency
  • Conduct feedback calls to gather insights and improve service
  • Collaborate across teams to enhance CX touchpoints
  • Identify gaps, track insights, and improve processes
  • Manage multiple responsibilities while contributing to key projects

  • What you bring:
  • 2+ years of customer support experience
  • Strong communication and interpersonal skills
  • Hands-on experience with CRM tools, Excel, and MS Office
  • A proactive mindset with strong ownership
