You’ll manage high-speed live chats while staying immersed in social media trends to help creators sharpen their strategies. We’re looking for a charismatic, digital-savvy communicator who can solve problems quickly and loves the world of Reels, fashion, and online shopping. If you’re a fast-paced learner who wants to be at the heart of social commerce, this role is for you. Responsibilities: • Respond promptly to customer inquiries via online chat. • Build and maintain strong relationships with creators, understanding their goals and objectives. • Provide accurate information about products and services. • Ensure customer satisfaction by addressing concerns and queries. • Demonstrate strong communication and problem-solving skills. • Stay updated on product updates and company policies. • Watch Reels and YouTube videos every day & level up on your fashion sense and understand how to create social media strategy for creators. • Work collaboratively with cross-functional teams to improve overall support team experience.
