Roles and Responsibilities (Team Lead ):
  • Lead and manage the telecalling team to achieve daily, weekly, and monthly sales targets.
  • Monitor team performance, provide coaching, and guide team members to improve call quality and conversion rates.
  • Oversee outbound calling activities to prospective customers and ensure effective product/service communication.
  • Ensure proper lead generation, follow-ups, reporting, and conversions by the team.
  • Handle escalated customer queries or complaints professionally and support the team in resolving issues.
  • Maintain and monitor accurate records of calls, leads, and sales activities in the CRM system.
  • Collaborate with sales and marketing teams to develop strategies for improving lead conversion and overall sales performance.
  • Conduct regular team meetings, training sessions, and performance reviews.

  • Experience and Qualifications:
  • Minimum 2–3 years of experience in telecalling/tele sales, with at least 2 year of team handling experience preferred.
  • Strong leadership and team management skills.
  • Excellent communication, mentoring, and problem-solving abilities.
  • Experience with CRM tools and sales reporting.
  • Proven track record of achieving sales targets and managing team performance.

Job Type: Full-time

Pay: Up to ₹40,000.00 per month
