We are looking for a customer-focused and detail-oriented Chat Support Executive to handle customer queries through live chat support for domestic clients. The role involves resolving customer concerns, providing accurate information, and ensuring a high level of customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound customer queries via live chat in a timely and professional manner
Provide accurate information about products, services, policies, and procedures
Resolve customer complaints and escalate complex issues to the concerned department when required
Maintain proper documentation of customer interactions in the system
Achieve individual and team performance targets (Quality, AHT, CSAT, etc.)
Ensure compliance with company policies and data security guidelines

Required Skills:
Good written communication skills in English
Strong typing speed and accuracy
Basic computer knowledge (MS Office, CRM tools, etc.)
Good problem-solving skills
Customer-oriented mindset

Eligibility Criteria:
Minimum qualification: 12th Pass can also apply
Freshers and experienced candidates can apply
Willingness to work in rotational shifts (including weekends, if applicable)
Totally day shift

Preferred Qualities:
Prior experience in chat or customer support process
Ability to work under pressure
Team player with a positive attitude
