1. Overview:

The Customer Care Intern will provide support to the Customer Care team, gaining valuable experience in handling customer inquiries, resolving issues, and contributing to a positive customer experience. The primary objective is to learn and apply customer service best practices while assisting with daily operational tasks. This is a paid internship opportunity.


2. Key Responsibilities:

  • Respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and chat, resolving issues efficiently and effectively.

  • Assist in processing returns and exchanges.

  • Update customer information in the company's CRM system.

  • Contribute to the creation and maintenance of customer service documentation.

  • Participate in team meetings and training sessions.

  • Track and analyze customer feedback to identify areas for improvement.

  • Learn and understand company products and services.


3. Technical Skills:

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Experience with CRM software (specific software mentioned if applicable, e.g., Salesforce, Zendesk) is a plus but not required.

  • Basic understanding of social media platforms (Facebook, Twitter, Instagram) for customer service purposes.


4. Required Qualifications:

  • Currently enrolled in a Bachelor's degree program, preferably in a related field (e.g., Business Administration, Communications).

  • Strong academic record.

  • Availability to work a minimum for 3 months.


5. Skills & Experience:

  • Excellent Communication Skills: Ability to communicate clearly and professionally, both verbally and in writing. Strong active listening skills are essential.

  • Microsoft Office Suite Proficiency: Demonstrated competency in using Word, Excel, and Outlook for tasks such as document creation, data entry, and email management.

  • Problem-solving skills: Ability to identify and resolve customer issues efficiently and effectively.

  • Teamwork: Ability to work collaboratively with other team members in a fast-paced environment.

  • Customer Service Orientation: A genuine desire to provide exceptional customer service and create positive customer experiences.

  • Previous customer service experience (e.g., retail, food service) is a plus but not required.
