Summary:

Jiva Ayurveda is seeking a Customer Care Executive to join our Customer Success, Service & Operations team. This entry-level role is perfect for freshers looking to start their career in the BPO/BPM industry. The Customer Care Executive will be responsible for handling inbound/outbound customer calls, providing accurate information, and ensuring a positive customer experience.

Key Responsibilities

Handle inbound/outbound customer calls professionally.
Provide accurate information and resolve basic queries.
Maintain and update customer records in the system.
Follow call guidelines and company procedures.
Ensure good customer experience with polite and clear communication.
Coordinate with internal teams if required for customer queries.
Complete daily call and data entry tasks.

Qualifications / Requirements

High school diploma or equivalent.
No prior experience is required; freshers are encouraged to apply.
Basic computer knowledge, including typing and data entry skills.
Excellent communication skills in Hindi; English is a plus.
Ability to handle calls confidently and maintain a customer-friendly approach.
Must be regular, punctual, and responsible.
