6) Job Description :
  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, chat, and social media platforms
  • Resolve issues related to orders, payments, shipping, returns, replacements, and refunds
  • Address customer complaints professionally and ensure timely resolution
  • Maintain customer interaction records using CRM or support tools
  • Coordinate with logistics, warehouse, and internal teams for issue resolution
  • Ensure high customer satisfaction and service quality standards

  • E-commerce & Listing Management
  • Create, update, and manage product listings on Amazon Seller Central
  • Upload product details including titles, descriptions, bullet points, images, pricing, and keywords
  • Ensure listing accuracy, compliance with Amazon policies, and SEO best practices
  • Manage inventory updates, stock availability, and pricing changes
  • Handle product listing issues such as suppressed listings, catalog errors, and policy violations
  • Coordinate with design and content teams for images and A+ content
  • Upload and manage product listings on the company website (Shopify/WooCommerce/Magento or similar)
