Designation-Customer Care Executive

Key Responsibilities:

- Strong communication for COD confirmation, abandoned cart calling, and inbound calls

- Experience handling NDR cases and delivery re-attempt coordination

- Ability to manage customer support via WhatsApp and email

- Good convincing skills to reduce cancellations and RTO

- Good technical proficiency with CRM, order tracking systems, and status updates

Job Type: Full time

Pay: ₹12,000.00 - ₹16,000.00 per month

Work Location: In person
