Job Title -- Customer Support Associate (Domestic Voice Process)
Location -- Sector, 62 Noida
Process -- Banking process(Voice Support)
Salary -- Rs. 15000-17000 CTC/ Month
Qualification -- 12th Pass or Above

Job Description:

Key Responsibilities:
Handle inbound/outbound customer queries related to banking services.
Provide accurate information and resolve customer concerns in a timely manner.
Maintain service quality and follow company guidelines and compliance.
Ensure proper documentation of customer interactions.
Positive attitude and willingness to learn

Eligibility Criteria:
Education: Graduate Freshers or Undergraduates with experience.
Experience: Minimum 6 months of BPO experience required for undergraduates. (Offer letter, Exp letter & last 3 months pay slip or bank statement required)
Communication Skills: Average communication skills in Hindi and English.
Typing Skills: Basic typing speed required.
Language Skills: Should be able to read English and translate from English to Hindi.
Shift Flexibility: Must be comfortable working in 24*7rotational shifts. (Transport Available)
