  • *Opening with a leading Life Insurance company for their office in Mumbai.**
  • *Role: Customer Analytics**
  • *Experience: 2 Years+**
  • *Roles & responsibilities:**

  • Manage communication engine and related development.
  • Understand customer life cycle in Life insurance and related regulations.
  • Coordinate with all function heads and understand current communications.
  • Redraft / create communications as per gaps identified.
  • Create messages and get them approved from process HOD, marketing, compliance etc.
  • Understand BRDs for development and followup with vendor and RNLIC IT for development, do UAT and track it for end-to-end closure.
  • Create / track project plan for developments related to communication engine
  • Good understanding of communication market and regular benchmarking.

  • Minimum 2 years of Life Insurance
  • Experience of communication management is Must.
  • Experience of customer service preferred
