I'm looking for a talented icon designer to create a custom icon set of 20 icons for a boutique real estate brand.
The icons will be used primarily on a modern, premium real estate website.

The style should closely follow the approach of – icons that feel clean, refined, and premium at first glance, but carry a slightly playful, friendly character.
Not stiff, not generic, not corporate – but with a distinct personality and warmth. Please review their website before applying.

Style Requirements:
Clean, minimal, and high-end – no clipart or stock icon look
Slightly playful with personality, but still professional and trustworthy
Consistent line weight and a coherent visual system across all 20 icons
Designed for use on light backgrounds (dark background compatibility is a plus)
Delivered as SVG (individual files + sprite sheet), PNG exports at 2x welcome

Icon Topics (Real Estate Context):

The icons will cover typical real estate themes, such as: property valuation, floor plan, location/map pin, keys, calendar/appointment, document/contract, search, neighborhood, financing, living space, garden, garage, energy efficiency, new construction, consultation, and similar topics.
A final list will be shared with the selected freelancer.

What I'm Looking For:
A strong portfolio with icon design work (bonus: experience with product or SaaS UI icons)
Please include 1–2 sample icons or a short style sketch with your application to show how you'd interpret the brief
Clean file delivery with organized, well-named layers

Budget & Timeline:
Open to proposals. Please include your rate for the full set of 20 icons and an estimated delivery time.

Contract duration of 1 to 3 months. with 30 hours per week.
