Job Description

The Cultural and Art Head is responsible for conceptualizing, developing, and implementing initiatives that promote arts, culture, and creativity within the organization.

Key Responsibilities:

• - Curate and execute art exhibitions, performances, and events
• - Collaborate with artists, galleries, and cultural institutions
• - Develop programs to promote cultural awareness and appreciation
• - Encourage employee participation in arts and cultural activities
• - Manage cultural budgets and resources
• - Identify opportunities for cultural partnerships and sponsorships

Requirements:

• - Background in arts, culture, or related field
• - Strong understanding of cultural trends and artistic expressions
• - Excellent communication and project management skills

Qualification: Graduates/ Post-graduates with excellent communication.i
