We are looking for an IHM student (final year) / recent graduate / junior chef (Commis level) who can work as a Culinary Consultant on a short-term project basis.

This is not a routine kitchen job — this is a build-from-scratch opportunity.

Key Responsibilities

• Develop and refine menu (North Indian / relevant cuisine)
• Standardize recipes for batch cooking
• Work on taste consistency + cost optimization
• Help create basic SOPs for kitchen execution
• Assist in initial trial runs (if required)

Compensation

• Project-based payment: 25k – 40k (depending on scope & experience)
• Potential for long-term collaboration
