About the Role:
We are looking for a passionate and knowledgeable Culinary & Alcohol Expert to join our Luxury Escapades team. This role involves designing and delivering unparalleled food and beverage experiences tailored to our luxury clientele.

Key Responsibilities:

• Curate exclusive culinary and beverage experiences for premium clients.
• Collaborate with chefs, sommeliers, and mixologists to create bespoke offerings.
• Stay updated on global trends in fine dining, premium beverages, and gastronomy.
• Conduct tastings and provide expert recommendations on food and drinks.
• Build relationships with high-end suppliers to source premium products.
• Manage budgets and ensure high-quality, cost-effective service delivery.
• Train staff on culinary excellence and beverage presentation.
• Ensure compliance with health, safety, and quality standards.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Culinary Arts, Hospitality, or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in luxury culinary services or hospitality.
• Extensive knowledge of international cuisines, wines, and spirits.
• Certification as a sommelier or mixologist is highly desirable.
• Strong client relationship management and communication skills.
• Passion for creating memorable, high-end culinary experiences.
