The candidate will be responsible for overseeing project planning, execution, technical operations, quality control, and ensuring that construction projects are completed on time, within budget, and in compliance with all regulatory standards.Key Responsibilities1. Project Planning & ExecutionLead the planning, design, and execution of construction projects from concept to completion.Monitor project progress to ensure timely delivery and cost efficiency.Coordinate with architects, consultants, contractors, and internal teams for smooth project execution.2. Technical LeadershipProvide technical guidance to engineering and project teams.Review designs, drawings, and technical specifications to ensure quality and feasibility.Introduce innovative construction technologies and best practices.3. Cost & Budget ManagementMonitor project budgets and ensure cost control across all construction activities.Evaluate project estimates, BOQs, and contractor proposals.Identify opportunities for cost optimization without compromising quality.4. Quality & ComplianceEnsure all projects meet quality standards and safety regulations.Ensure compliance with RERA, local authorities, building codes, and regulatory approvals.Implement strong quality control and site monitoring systems.5. Team LeadershipLead and manage the engineering, project management, and site teams.Provide mentorship and guidance to project managers and engineers.Build a high-performing technical team.6. Vendor & Contractor ManagementEvaluate and appoint contractors, consultants, and vendors.Monitor contractor performance and ensure contractual compliance.Resolve technical and operational challenges during project execution.Key RequirementsBachelors degree in Civil Engineering (Masters degree preferred).1015+ years of experience in the real estate / construction industry.Proven experience managing large-scale residential or commercial projects.Strong knowledge of construction methods, project management, and regulatory approvals.Excellent leadership, decision-making, and problem-solving skills.Experience working with architects, consultants, and contractors.
