We are looking for fresh and experienced people with excellent English communication skills. You will become a part of a multinational culture having a presence in Pakistan and United States. Responsibilities:

• Cater outbound calls to promote and sell the product/service
• Interact with customers via cold calls and generate qualified Insurance leads
• Encourage customers to buy services and products by using a prepared script to reference important parts of what the company offers
• Handle customer needs and requirements
• Respond to and resolve customer inquiries
• Ensure monthly sales conversion benchmark
• Follow organization standards to maintain quality service and guarantee customers receive exceptional service.

What We’re Looking For:

• O/A Levels, Graduate or above
• Neutral or American accent. Be proficient in English
• Excellent selling, communication, and negotiation skills
• Must have experience in Final Expense
