The Crusher Manager will be responsible for overseeing and managing all aspects of crusher plant operations at our Nashik facility, ensuring safe, efficient, and continuous production of aggregates while maintaining optimal equipment performance, quality standards, and statutory compliance. This role requires strong leadership, technical expertise in crushing operations, and the ability to drive operational excellence.

Key Responsibilities

• Plan, organize, and supervise day-to-day operations of the crusher plant to meet production targets and quality specifications
• Monitor and optimize plant performance, output quality, material gradation, and operational efficiency
• Ensure proper operation of primary, secondary, and tertiary crushing equipment including jaw crushers, cone crushers, VSI crushers, and screening systems
• Coordinate with quarry operations for raw material supply and ensure optimal material flow
• Manage production scheduling and shift planning to maximize plant utilization
• Control production costs, material consumption, and operational expenses within budgeted parameters

Equipment & Maintenance

• Develop and implement preventive maintenance schedules for all crushing and screening equipment
• Coordinate breakdown maintenance and emergency repairs to minimize downtime
• Maintain maintenance history records and ensure adherence to manufacturer's recommendations
• Plan spare parts inventory, procurement, and cost optimization
• Supervise installation, commissioning, and performance evaluation of new equipment

Experience

• Minimum 10+years of experience in crusher plant operations, aggregate production, mining, or quarrying industry.
